Eliminate Pests and Shield Your Home from Foundation to Fence
Your home and yard along the Cape Fear coast face year-round pest pressure from a warm, humid climate and the coastal waterways that sustain pest activity through every season. Pest Authority of Wilmington, NC delivers comprehensive pest control services for homes and businesses along the coast, with a science-backed perimeter program and scheduled follow-through that keeps the full pest mix out.
A property walk-through maps your home's entry points, moisture conditions, and active pest risks, then builds a treatment plan that eliminates current infestations before coverage begins. Barrier 360 then builds the protective perimeter that keeps pests from re-entering through your foundation, soffits, and entryways between scheduled visits.
Wilmington's coastal plain setting, warm winters, and proximity to the Cape Fear River and Intracoastal Waterway sustain pest activity far longer than inland regions. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses throughout the area, with trained technicians who return on schedule to maintain your protection year-round.

Pest Pressure and Seasonal Activity Along the Cape Fear Coast
Wilmington sits in the coastal plain, where a subtropical climate and proximity to tidal rivers and wetlands drive some of the most active year-round pest pressure in the Southeast. Subterranean and Formosan termites thrive in the region's moist soil conditions, mosquitoes breed in the standing water left by coastal rainfall, and fire ants reestablish across lawns season after season.
Termite pressure along the North Carolina coast carries significant structural risk, and pest control companies that rely on seasonal sprays alone miss the full spectrum of coastal pest activity. A professional exterminator working on a year-round scheduled program addresses that pressure comprehensively and stops new infestations from establishing inside your home.
Your Family Is Safe, and So Is Getting Started
Every treatment carries EPA approval and targets the coastal pest mix while protecting the people and pets who share your home.
Once dry, they are safe for children and pets, and our formulations leave pollinators, including bees, unaffected. No long-term commitments are required, with a no-obligation estimate covering scope and approach before work begins.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
