Home and Yard Protection Built for Central Valley Pest Pressure
Your home and yard should be free from pest pressure year-round, not left exposed to the relentless activity that builds through the San Joaquin Valley's long, dry summers. Pest Authority of Visalia, CA delivers year-round pest control services for homes and businesses, with a science-backed approach that eliminates active infestations and keeps pests from coming back.
Our technicians walk your property to map entry points and identify pest risks specific to your home, then build a treatment plan that targets active infestations before any prevention work begins. From there, Barrier 360 establishes the protective perimeter that stops pests from returning to your foundation and entryways between scheduled visits.
Visalia sits at the center of the Central Valley, where dry summer heat pushes pests toward the cool shelter and moisture that homes provide through most of the year. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses throughout the area, with trained technicians who return on a scheduled basis to maintain your coverage.

What Drives Pest Activity in the Central Valley
Visalia sits in one of the nation's most productive agricultural regions, where hot summers, irrigated fields, and mild winters keep pest populations active across most of the year. Valley heat drives ants, spiders, and rodents toward the cool conditions inside homes, and the proximity to farmland creates sustained pressure in residential neighborhoods as crops cycle through harvest seasons.
Subterranean termites exploit the Central Valley's dry soils to cause structural damage before most homeowners see any sign, and German cockroaches thrive in warm interiors with access to food and moisture. Unlike pest control companies that respond only when infestations become visible, a professional exterminator on a recurring schedule addresses the full pest cycle and stops new pressure from reaching the inside of your home.
Treatments Your Family and Yard Can Count On
Our treatments are EPA-approved and applied with the safety of your household in mind. Once dry, they are safe for children and pets, and our formulations leave pollinators, including bees, unaffected.
No long-term commitments and no pressure to continue past what your property needs. Our trained technicians work around your household's schedule, and a free estimate outlines the scope and approach before any work begins.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
