Your home and yard in the Triangle face persistent pest pressure from a humid climate, abundant tree canopy, and the watershed areas that thread through the region. Pest Authority of Raleigh Durham, NC delivers year-round pest control for your home and yard, with a structured perimeter program and scheduled follow-up that keep the full pest mix out.
A full property walk-through maps your home's specific entry points and pest risks, and the treatment plan built from those findings eliminates active infestations before coverage begins. From there, Barrier 360 builds the protective perimeter that keeps pests from returning between scheduled visits.
Raleigh Durham's proximity to Jordan Lake, Falls Lake, and the Eno River watershed drives elevated pest pressure in residential neighborhoods through spring and summer. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses, with trained technicians who return on schedule to maintain your protection and respond to seasonal pest activity.

Pest Pressure and Seasonal Activity Across the Triangle
Raleigh Durham and the surrounding Triangle sit in a humid subtropical climate where warm summers and mild winters allow pest activity to continue through most of the year. The region's reservoir watersheds, forested parks, and suburban woodland edges drive steady mosquito, tick, and stinging insect pressure through spring, summer, and into fall.
Eastern subterranean termites exploit the Triangle's clay-heavy soils to cause structural damage before most homeowners see any sign, and fire ant colonies reestablish across lawns each season without consistent treatment. Where most pest control companies respond only when problems surface, a scheduled exterminator program addresses the full pest cycle and keeps new pressure from reaching inside.
No Commitments and Safe Treatments
Every treatment we apply is EPA-approved and reviewed for household safety before any work begins. Once products dry, they are safe for children and pets, and our selected formulations leave pollinators, including bees, unaffected.
Service runs on a no-commitment basis, and our trained technicians set a schedule around your household. No hidden fees and no pressure to continue past what your property needs. A free estimate covers the full scope before any work begins.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
