Property-Wide Pest Protection Through Georgia's Long Pest Season
Your home and yard face elevated pest pressure through most of the year in North Georgia, where warm, wet conditions keep insects and rodents active from early spring well into fall. Pest Authority of North Georgia, GA delivers year-round pest control for homes and businesses across the area, with scheduled service and a perimeter program that eliminates active infestations and keeps new pests outside.
A full property walk-through maps your home's specific entry points and pest risks, and the treatment plan we build from those findings targets active infestations first. Barrier 360 then establishes the perimeter protection that stops pests from returning through foundation gaps and entryways between visits.
North Georgia's red clay soils hold moisture near foundations year-round, and with nearly 50 inches of annual rainfall, the ground around homes stays damp enough to attract termites, ants, and cockroaches through every season. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses across the area, with trained technicians who return on a scheduled basis to maintain your coverage.

Pest Pressure and Seasonal Activity in the Georgia Foothills
North Georgia's annual rainfall near 50 inches keeps the ground around homes damp through most of the year, creating persistent conditions for subterranean termites, carpenter ants, and cockroaches near foundations and crawlspaces. Lone Star, American dog, and blacklegged ticks reach peak activity in spring and summer along wooded trails and yard edges throughout the foothills.
Eastern subterranean termites cause structural damage in North Georgia before most homeowners see any visible sign, and most pest control companies respond only once infestations are already established. A scheduled exterminator program addresses the full seasonal pest cycle, stopping colonies from taking hold and keeping new pest pressure from reaching inside your home.

Ants:Â Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites:Â Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches:Â We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents:Â Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter):Â An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets:Â We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders:Â Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs:Â We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
