Full-Property Pest Protection for East Tennessee Homes
Your home and yard deserve protection through every season, not exposure to the pest pressure that builds along East Tennessee's forested ridges and humid river valleys. Pest Authority of Knoxville, TN delivers pest control services for your home and yard, with a perimeter program and scheduled follow-through built around the full pest mix active across the region.
Our property walk-through maps your home's specific entry points and the conditions where pest activity develops, so the treatment plan we build targets active infestations first. Barrier 360 then creates the protective perimeter around your home's exterior that stops ants, cockroaches, spiders, and invaders from reaching your foundation between visits.
Knoxville's proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains and Tennessee River systems creates extended tick, mosquito, and rodent pressure that runs well into fall. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses across the greater Knoxville area, with trained technicians who return on schedule to maintain your protection.

What Drives Pest Activity in East Tennessee
Knoxville's humid climate and proximity to the Tennessee River watershed and Smoky Mountain foothills sustain tick, mosquito, and rodent activity from early spring through late fall. Brown recluse spiders are common throughout East Tennessee's residential areas, and stinging insects, ants, and cockroaches round out the year-round pest mix homeowners and businesses face.
Ticks in the area carry documented health risks for people and pets, with blacklegged ticks linked to Lyme disease in Tennessee according to CDC surveillance data. Where most pest control companies treat only what is already active, a professional exterminator on a recurring schedule covers the full pest cycle and prevents new pressure from reaching inside your home.
Safe for Your Family and Easy to Fit Into Your Schedule
Our treatments are EPA-approved and applied with your household's safety in mind. Once dry, they are safe for children and pets, and our formulations leave pollinators, including bees, unaffected.
No long-term commitments and no pressure to continue past what your property needs. Our trained technicians schedule around your routine, and a free estimate covers the scope before any work begins.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
