Complete Protection for Your Home and Yard, Every Season
Your home and yard face persistent pest pressure through most of the year in the Piedmont, and keeping both protected requires a plan that works inside and out. Pest Authority of Charlotte, NC delivers year-round pest control with a science-backed perimeter program and scheduled follow-through that keeps pests from settling in.
A property walk-through maps your home's specific entry points and pest risks so the treatment plan we build eliminates active infestations first. Barrier 360 then establishes the perimeter protection that stops new pests from reaching your foundation, entryways, or living spaces.
Charlotte's Piedmont clay soils and mild winters create year-round conditions that keep pest pressure elevated well beyond the warm months. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses throughout the area, with trained technicians who return on schedule to assess your property and maintain your coverage.

What Drives Pest Activity in the Piedmont
Charlotte sits in the Piedmont, where a humid subtropical climate and mild winters keep termite, fire ant, and tick activity elevated across most of the calendar year. Unlike pest control companies that respond only to visible infestations, the region's year-round pest pressure warrants a recurring program that covers the full pest mix as seasonal activity shifts.
Eastern subterranean termites exploit the Piedmont's clay-heavy soils to damage structural wood silently, and fire ant mounds reestablish across yards each season without consistent treatment. A professional exterminator working on a scheduled cycle addresses that pressure before colonies take hold and stops new activity from reaching the inside of your home.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
