North Texas Pest Control for Your Home and Yard, Every Season
Your home and yard in North Texas face persistent pest pressure from a climate that drives fire ant activity through the warm months and pushes rodents and cockroaches indoors once fall temperatures arrive. Pest Authority of Frisco, TX delivers year-round pest control services for homes and businesses across the Frisco area, addressing ants, cockroaches, rodents, spiders, mosquitoes, and the full range of pests common to North Texas properties.
Our technicians evaluate your property's entry points, landscape features, and active pest activity, then develop an elimination plan targeted to the infestations and vulnerabilities specific to your home. Barrier 360 then establishes a treated perimeter around your property that works against ants, cockroaches, spiders, and related pests, stopping new pressure at the foundation before it makes its way inside.
In Frisco, the mix of dense suburban development, retention ponds, and open greenbelts creates consistent conditions for mosquito pressure, fire ant colonies, and tick activity through a long North Texas pest season. We are locally owned and operated, serving homes and businesses throughout the area, with trained technicians who return on a scheduled basis to maintain your protection and keep up with seasonal pest activity as conditions shift.

How North Texas Conditions Drive Year-Round Pest Activity
In Collin County and the greater DFW metro, hot summers and mild winters support a long pest season that runs from early spring well into fall. The greenbelts, retention ponds, and suburban woodland edges in Frisco sustain heavy mosquito and tick pressure, while the clay-heavy soils across the area allow fire ant colonies to establish and reestablish across yards season after season.
Fire ant stings present a significant risk for families and pets in outdoor spaces, while rodents and cockroaches exploit warm conditions to push through foundation gaps and utility entries once fall arrives. Most pest control companies address these problems only after activity becomes visible, but a professional exterminator on a recurring schedule keeps the full pest cycle under control before infestations take hold.
Protection That Works Around Your Family and Schedule
Every treatment we apply is EPA-approved and held to regulatory standards for household safety.
Once products dry, they are safe for children and pets, and our selected formulations leave pollinators, including bees, unaffected. No long-term commitments and no pressure to continue past what your property needs, with scheduling designed around your family's routine.

Ants: Barrier 360 prevents interior infestation of most ants. 80% of all pests enter from the exterior of your home. Fire ants and carpenter ants will require custom service. Call us for more details.
Termites: Termite control and elimination require an inspection and assessment by our technician. The process and protocol for termites depends on the extent of your infestation and damage. Call us for more details.
Fleas: Fleas can present a challenge, and a complete inspection of the interior of your home and adjacent property is required. Call us for more details.
Cockroaches: We can help you take back your property from cockroaches. Our Barrier 360 treatment around the outside of your home can prevent cockroaches from entering in the first place. In certain situations, a complete inspection of the interior of your home may be necessary.
Rodents: Our rodent protocol varies depending on the degree of infestation and type of rodent. An extensive inspection and evaluation must be performed both in the interior and exterior of your home
Bees (carpenter): An exterior inspection and evaluation of the exterior of your home or property is critical to determine the extent of an infestation. We can then provide the appropriate service to eradicate the Carpenter bee infestation.
Wasps and hornets: We can remove wasps and hornets from outside your home. And if they do make it inside, just give us a call and we will perform additional treatments at no extra cost.
Spiders: Our Barrier 360 treatment will protect your home from most types of spiders, but if they do get in, we will perform an interior treatment at no extra cost.
Bed bugs: We will perform a full inspection and assessment of your bed bug infestation to design a treatment and prevention plan.
Our exclusive Barrier 360 treatment is applied around the perimeter of your home, to prevent pests from getting in. Occasionally, as with bed bugs, rodents, and some other pests, we’ll need to work inside your home as well. Barrier 360 is an exterior treatment that guards against 11 pests from entering your home. If they get in, we will come in and treat them according to our service protocols.
